Radley, the iconic handbag and leather accesories high street brand which has featured several Scotties from Scottie Club UK in its advertising, is shuttering its doors at the end of August 2026.
Its e-commerce website closed on August 19, and its remaining flagship stores (including Covent Garden and Glasgow) plus 19 concessions are shutting down by the end of August.
The sad news comes after Radley collapsed into administration in May 2026 due to soaring operating costs and weak consumer demand.
Gordon Brothers bought the brand and intellectual property via a pre-pack deal, but this agreement did not cover retail operations. The deal left 21 retail sites—two standalone shops and 19 concessions—unprotected, triggering immediate job cuts and final clearance sales with up to 70% off.
